Divine Foods is an all-natural energy bar manufacturer, family owned and operated and is located in Escondido, California.

Divine Foods believes that satisfying our taste buds with healthy food satisfies mind and body. Divine Foods manufacturing facility is free of wheat, cane sugar, GMO’s, meat, eggs and peanuts ensuring our products are gluten-free, soy-free and vegetarian.

Divine Foods manufactures two lines of all-natural energy bars that are superior in taste and contain no artificial additives, preservatives or sweeteners. Divine Foods’ Boomi Bars are 100% all-natural, gluten-free and contain no GMO, sulphured fruits or hydrogenated oils.

Boomi Bars come in 13 varieties: Almond Protein Plus, Apricot Cashew, Cashew Almond, Cashew Protein Plus, Cranberry Apple, Fruit and Nut, Healthy Hazel, Macadamia Paradise, Maple Pecan, Perfect Pumpkin, Pineapple Ginger, Pistachio Pineapple and Walnut Date. Divine Foods’ PranaBars are certified organic, raw, gluten-free and made with agave nectar. MANAGEMENT PROFILES

Graeme Duncan  

Graeme Duncan - Founder

Graeme explored Europe and Asia studying philosophy and exotic cooking for 15 years while practicing prayer and meditation. In Europe he visited the ancient Cathedrals and while in the East he stayed in the temples of India or Buddhist monasteries in China. After getting married he decided to share the art of healthy eating to balance body and mind by using only unadulterated clean vibrant foods. Graeme founded Divine Foods in 1999 with a vision of creating an environmentally friendly, healthy, superior tasting energy bar. “Our philosophy is that the body is a Temple, and we should only introduce first class healthy foods into this complex but beautiful gift, the human body.”

Today, under his leadership and vision, Divine Foods distributes and supplies its Boomi, Prana and Prana Supercharger energy bars throughout the United States. He provides expertise in product development and raw ingredient research for Divine Foods. Graeme is still an avid traveler, explorer and hiker and resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and two daughters.

Chris Best  

Chris Best - Chief Executive Officer

Chris uses his background in manufacturing and efficiency to diligently keep waste low and quality high. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Chris knows that customers demand products with only premium ingredients and no fillers. "Look at our Boomi Cashew Almond Bar. The number one ingredient is almonds and number two is cashews."

Chris was introduced to the food industry by his Grandfather, the former owner and president of the B. Manischewitz Company. He has always taken an interest in producing products that help people and are beneficial for society. In this spirit, Chris donates a portion of his time and income to charities and has previously worked with non-profit organizations to feed the hungry.

Chris has traveled the world visiting Europe, Asia and North America and has found that a diverse world view helps put things in perspective. "We have to be grateful for what we have and find a way to live a sustainable lifestyle. Eating all-natural products supports good health and better environment." Chris is a vegetarian who enjoys running, bowling, racquetball and travel. Chris lives in San Diego with his newlywed where they await their first child.

Robert Jackson  

Robert Jackson - Operations Manager

Robert brings more than 45 years of national and international operations management skills to Divine Foods. Originally from the UK Robert transferred to South Africa after completing his studies in the sixties. Robert worked as operations manager for many of the major manufacturing firms in Southern Africa. In 1992 Robert started his own manufacturing plant in South Africa supplying products to major distributors on the African subcontinent. Robert semi-retired after selling his business in South Africa.

In the year 2000 Robert moved to the United States following his family who had already relocated here. From early 2000 Robert came out of retirement to work for Divine Foods and lend his expertise by establishing and

maintaining our strict policies of HACCP (Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points), SSOP’s (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practice). From in-house training to workflow and quality control, Robert does it all confidently with ease and experience. Roberts interests are cooking, reading, hiking and all genres of comedy.
